Contractor Referral Authorization Statement

I understand that Trade Directory may assist in connecting me with contractors, tradespeople, or service providers for my requested project or services. I acknowledge that Trade Directory acts solely as a referral and information service and does not guarantee, warrant, supervise, or endorse the work, qualifications, licensing, insurance, pricing, conduct, or performance of any contractor or service provider.

I understand and agree that the final selection and hiring decision is solely my responsibility. I am responsible for conducting my own due diligence, including verifying credentials, references, insurance coverage, permits, certifications, and suitability for the work being performed.

By accepting a referral or proceeding with a contractor connection through Trade Directory, I assume full responsibility and liability for all decisions, agreements, services, work performed, payments, disputes, damages, losses, or outcomes related to the contractor or project.

I hereby release and hold harmless Trade Directory , its owners, affiliates, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, disputes, or legal actions arising from or related to the use of contractor referrals or services obtained through the directory.
